Pitch Union - Mohawk Clock Machine

Pitch Union's debut release is now being featured as a digital only re-issue via iTunes and other major online retailers. This CD rips the face off your typical rock album by combining metal, emo and rock under one roof. It harkens back to the days of epic recordings by taking the listener on winding journeys through vocals and music and is akin to being in a strange new land where something interesting can be found around every twist and turn in the road. Included on this release are two previously unreleased radio mixes of Next Phaze and Tornadic Activity.

About Pitch Union:
Pitch Union was formed from the ashes of some of Windsor's finest groups. From the best of the best professional musicians Windsor has to offer, comes Pitch Union! Thunderous drums, driving guitars, and vocals that will be sometimes sweet but given the opportunity they are of tsunami-like proportions... more

Metal Core Fan Zine says Pitch Union's "vocals are sung in an emotional way and the music is heavy. Sort of Pink Floyd meeting metal...The music is kind of trippy, but has a nice smooth edge to it as well. The vocals are sort of alternative, but fit the music. This was different and not your normal stuff, which is a plus for them. The musicianship is good too. The more I played this, the more I appreciated it." You can find the review here.

AlbertaMetal.net says "Pitch Union command respect and attention. They have obviously paid their dues and worked the trenches over the years to bring them to this point. I can only see one direction for this band in the future and that is straight up."
