Metal Collection CD, "The Greatest Underground Show On Earth:
Vol.2", Unleashed to Showcase Alberta's Talent to the International
Stage
Toronto, ON - November 25, 2007 -- Cyclone Records is proud
to announce the follow-up to its inaugural metal compilation "The
Greatest Underground Show on Earth" which achieved substantial
airplay across Canada following its February 2006 release and remained
on metal charts across the country for nearly 3 months.
Showcasing
the various sub-genres of metal, "The Greatest Underground Show
on Earth: Vol.2", features 11 songs by 11 bands from across Alberta
and encompasses everything from progressive metal to death metal,
including Cyclone Records' own Caveat, Wormbox and Inner Surge. The
CD's title is a tongue-in-cheek reference to Calgary's other world-famous
show, "The Calgary Stampede: The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth"
and has a street date of 10 December 2007.
